After one asked the WagonR car to be returned, now a volunteer demands AAP logo back

A volunteer who reportedly designed the famous Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) logo has demanded it back. Sunil Lal took micro blogging for revoking his intellectual property rights. In a letter to party convenor Arvind Kejriwal he has clearly asked to “stop use of ‘Logotype’ in any kind of Branding/Stationary/Websites/Badges/Flags.”

Sunil has been long associated with Kejriwal since Indian Against Corruption days. He also requested party to strike off his primary membership from the AAP. As per Sunil party has hurt sentiment of volunteers. In his letter he has also said that unlike 1977 and 1989 when hopes of change were frustrated by political parties, the purpose of 2015 mandate has been defeated by the common men itself.

This request has just come a day after an IT professional who donated the famous blue wagon r to Kejriwal demanded it back. However, the AAP has started using alternate logos post Delhi assembly election which also includes the party symbol jhadu.
