Three of the six accused of the Delhi gangrape case will plead not guilty to all charges against them, their lawyer said on Tuesday.
ML Sharma, who represents the accused Mukesh Singh, his brother Ram Singh and Akshay Thankur said, “They will plead not guilty to all charges.” Sharma added that nothing has been proven yet.
Two other accused, Vinay Sharma and Pawan Gupta, had earlier expressed their willingness to turn state witnesses in the case.
The sixth accused, who is 17 years old, will be tried in a separate court for juveniles.
The next hearing is scheduled for 10 January.
