Vishwa Hindu Parishad leader Sadhvi Prachi on 8 December said actors Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan and along with SP leader Azam Khan were staining India’s image by claiming intolerance was prevailing in the country.
The campaign against alleged intolerance was a conspiracy to blacken fair name of the country, she said. By returning their awards, some anti-nationals (deshdrohis) were bent on doing so, she added.
“Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan and Azam Khan are tarnishing India’s image the image of the country through their statements on intolerance. They have been doing it along on purpose along with Congress chief Sonia Gandhi,” alleged the sadhvi.
Referring to the Dadri incident, she said Hindus never start riots anywhere, they are a calm lot. Some people deliberately incited riots by killing cows and hosting beef parties, which the Hindu community won’t tolerate.
She wondered why the Uttar Pradesh was hesitant to give the case to Central Bureau of Investigation. Let the case be investigated by the CBI, the truth would tumble out.
About building Ram Temple at Ayodhya, she said it would be built at the site and that too during Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s regime.
To a query on AIMIM chief Asaduddn Owaisi’s demand to set aside Haj subsidy and disburse the fund as scholarship among Muslim girls, she extended her support to the demand. It is time Muslim girls came out of their veils, she added.
