The Salman Khan starrer ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ has crossed the Rs 150 crore mark in just five days after its release. After the Kabir Khan directorial venture that had earned over 27 crore on Monday, has now crossed the Rs. 150 crore mark, after its Tuesday collection. Tweeting the figures of Bajrangi Bhaijaan, trade analyst Taran Adarsh said the movie maintained its ‘triumphant gallop’ at the box office.
Bajrangi Bhaijaan has crossed Rs 100 crore in the opening weekend in India, Taran Adarsh tweeted. He had tweeted that it is ‘achche din aa gaye’ as film trade is in ecstatic mood. After ‘Baahubali’, it is raining blockbusters with ‘Bajrangi Bhaijan’, he added in a series of tweets. Salman has now become an actor with maximum number of 100 crore hits in Bollwood.
The film featuring Kareena Kapoor Khan, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and child actor Harshaali Malhotra in the lead roles has collected Rs 27.25 crore on Day 1 and in just a weekend has crossed the Rs 100 crore mark. On Friday, the film collected 27. 25 crore, 36.60 crore on Saturday and 38.75 crore on Sunday, totaling Rs. 102.60 crore. The film also beat Aamir’s PK that had collected Rs. 95 crore, in weekend one.
