In its manifesto ‘Black Flags from the Islamic State’ released online, Islamic State of Iran and Syria (ISIS) has promised to take its fight to India.
“The ISIS has decided to spread out beyond the confines of Iraq and Syria,” read the manifesto, that mentions India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan as its destinations.
The militant group alleges there is a political wing or propaganda in India to recruit more people to start a war against Muslims. The organisation thinks Muslims are the ‘number one’ enemy of Hindus.
Analysing the situation in India where Muslims are killed, the manifesto reads, “Prime Minister Narendra Modi is a right-wing Hindu nationalist who worships weapons and is preparing his people for a future war against Muslims.”
According to the manifesto, future ISIS battles will rage in every country. The one-and-a-half billion Muslims in the world will fight the New World Order everywhere and the the battle will peak against al-Dajjal (the Antichrist).
Its future attacks will make groups in the West, attack Muslims in Europe, thereby forcing Muslims in the West to pick up weapons and defend themselves, said ISIS.
Hit and run tactics, and hide, is the ISIS’s new strategy to make the world waste billions of Euros on police, investigators and shutting down major cities. Referring to the 13/11 Paris terror attack, the organisation said, it cost Belgium 53 million Euros per day to hunt 20 people who had AK-47 rifles.
It also described its theory of developing insurgency and how to instruct supporters on operating covert cells, building of explosives and maintaining secrecy to defeat security service surveillance.
It revealed Abdelhamid Abaaoud, Paris attack mastermind didn’t use phones or e-mail to communicate with other members.
