Anti-corruption crusader Anna Hazare became a public icon when he united the people of this country in their struggle against corruption. His fast demanding the constitution of Lok Pal shook the powers that be in April 2011. Anna Hazare was unambiguously explicit about the fact that his movement was apolitical in nature.
But one after the other, his protégés who formed the core of the social movement India Against Corruption (IAC) entered the political field. While Arvind Kejriwal went on to form the Aam aadmi Party along with Prashant Bhushan and Yogendra Yadav, Kiran Bedi has now opted to join BJP ahead of the Delhi assembly elections 2015. While Anna Hazare has disappeared altogether from the whole picture, his protégés make headlines everyday. So the question really is: Where is Anna Hazare?
Hazare has revealed his once close associate was not even in touch with him and it has been quite some time, when he was asked about Kiran Bedi’s decision to join politics. Now did Team Anna ride on Hazare’s wave of popularity to eventually fulfill their political ambitions? But not only did his disciples enter politics but now there is bitterness between them. Members of Team Anna are now pitted against each other.
Kiran Bedi, Kejriwal and Modi Ji should delete all their previous tweets, posts&statements to cover their lies! Thx pic.twitter.com/RPPXg3Azts

While Kiran Bedi in the past had vehemently opposed Narendra Modi, now that he is the PM and the ‘Modi Wave’ is sweeping the country, Bedi apparently wants to hop on to the saffron bandwagon not paying heed to the criticism she has been facing lately for her ‘Ú-turn.’
Congress leader Ajay Maken reportedly said both Bedi and Arvind Kejriwal used Hazare for political gains and “backstabbed” him.
