Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi has finally been found him in Aspen attending a conference ‘Weekend with Charlie Rose’.
On 28 September morning, Gandhi’s Twitter handle, @OfficeOfRG tweeted pictures of him attending a conference in Aspen.
It may be recalled, that on 23 September, the Congress had announced that Gandhi was leaving for Aspen, United States.
The BJP had a field day in blasting the sudden disappearance of Rahul Gandhi. BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra called it a ‘forced vacation’ and RSS even claimed it as an escape tactic with the Bihar elections just around the corner.
Congress leader Milind Deora also tweeted out a couple of pictures of Gandhi, one with the President of Iceland, from the conference. He wrote that the conference concerned ‘new media and international affairs’.
As a local newspaper Aspen Times reported, “The Weekend with Charlie Rose conference started started 24 September and concludes on 28 September.
