The Aam Aadmi Party has been in the news lately for all the wrong reasons. The latest on the internal rift in the party is that Delhi CM and party convener Arvind Kejriwal has revealed the reason why founder members Prashant Bhushan and Yogendra Yadav has to be removed from the National Executive. Arvind Kejriwal stated that limits were crossed and conspiracies were being hatched within the party and therefore action had to be taken.
He justified the decision to expel rebel leaders Bhushan and Yadav from top party posts but at the same time expressed regret for using unparliamentary language against rebel AAP leaders which was caught in the phone sting of Kejriwal.
Also, Kejriwal criticised media stating that it had written AAP’s obituary several times and the party won elections despite it, not because of media.
The AAP chief made the revelation while speaking at the book launch of AAP leader Ashutosh “The Crown Prince, The Gladiator and the Hope”.
