It appears that the head of a children’s home, who was arrested for sexually attacking more than 12 minor girls, all the while was filming the acts.

RS Meena, 45, who was charged with assaulting minor girls of a government-run children’s home, has also been allegedly filming the assaults on his mobile phone. Not only that, he also took selfies with the victims, said the police said.

He had also photographed the girls naked, said the police. The accused has been charged with, raping under lawful custody that also includes sexual assault.

Police are probing whether Meena assaulted other girls during his one-year stint as superintendent of the home.

According to the girls, Meena used to lure the girls by calling them for a “check-up” and then gagging and assaulting them. He used to threaten them if they so much as uttered a word.

“He did not let them go till he was done. One by one, he assaulted 12 girls the same way.”

The victims complained to the caretaker, who had been away from the facility when the sexual assaults took place.

Meanwhile, the police are probing whether the accused assaulted other girls the period he served as the children’s home superintendent.

Over 50 children between six and 10 live at the facility. Children rescued from trafficking, begging and labour rackets live in the home.
