In the latest development of AIPMT 2015, The Central Board of Secondary Education or CBSE has announced that it will re-conduct the All India Pre-Medical/ Pre-Dental Test – 2015 (AIPMT) on July 25, 2015.
As per the statement issued by the CBSE, no fresh applications will be accepted for this examination and it will be a retest only in respect of the candidates who had applied within the stipulated time – from December 01, 2014 to January 31, 2015 with requisite fee.
The Supreme court had, earlier, asked the entrance test conducting body, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), to conduct the retest and declare the result of the said examination, All IndiaPre Medical Test, for medical and dental courses by August 17. The Supreme court directed it after the CBSE had told Supreme Court that it will be impossible for it to re-conduct the AIPMT retest in four weeks.
On June 15,Supreme Court, scrapping the All India Pre-Medical Test 2015, had asked the Central Board of Secondary Education to conduct a fresh test within a period of four weeks. In the AIPMT 2015, more than 6.3 lakhs medical aspirant had appeared the examination.
